As the Global Accounts Manager of H&M shipments from Bangladesh, India and Vietnam, the same department where I joined as a Management Trainee 3 years ago, my journey has to manage the fine balance between time and resource management, while maintaining a positive outlook in life and at work in the process.

At MGH you need to start from scratch and work your way up which is exactly what I did. From going to Hong Kong to present in front of Global Logistics Head(s) and decision-makers from renowned brands like H&M, to having the opportunity to showcase ideas & solutions to the Group CEO and being able to learn from industry leaders in not only Bangladesh, but the likes of Dubai, Singapore, India, etc., being mentored in the best ways possible allowed me to see a wide spectrum of challenges and rewards

Working at MGH has taught me to work in teams and be stronger, decisive, open minded, and always meet the deadline while multitasking. No other organization provides so many learning opportunities in such a short time. Joining MGH Egypt when it was just starting, was the right decision for my career and now I feel like I grew up alongside it.

As a recent EMBA student of Alexandria University, I have been taught to work in teams and develop my leadership skills. I believe, this has had a major impact in my career. I love to work in teams and delegating tasks according to everyone’s strength which is a very important trait of a leader. These qualities have led me to successfully handle most departments from Finance, Accounts, Admin, Operations, Sales to HR.

I joined MGH in 2006 as a Sales Executive. Working with MGH has helped me to explore a wide range of opportunities especially on Public Relations in my work environment. different departments, different categories of people from different countries have played played a crucial role in my abilities to motivate my Team and know their strength along with weaknesses to delegate responsibilities accordingly.
